Where do I start?

Hi newcomer, we're glad you're here! There are many places to start your journey. You can take your first science quiz to narrow down a field of career interest, explore our blog and all it has to offer, or check out our DIY activities and experiments, sorted by age range and ability! Become a member to interact with others interested in science and receive blog updates and newsletters,

What is the difference between being a member and a journalist?

A member can comment on and like blog posts, as well as message other members. Members also receive blog update emails and newsletters. Notification settings can be changed once signed up.

Journalists are part of the C3S team and are able to make blog posts under the direction of Admin and Editors. 

How do I become a C3S journalist?

We are always accepting applications for journalists ages 13-18! Becoming a journalist offers an opportunity to explore scientific writing, as well as being part of a community which aims to better the world, with high flexibility and low commitment. All pieces of writing you submit will be published under your name.
